When customers buy "Ziply Fiber proxies" from us, they are getting rotating residential exit nodes that happen to ride real Ziply Fiber consumer subscriber connections. That is the right fit for the vast majority of Ziply Fiber-targeted research workflows, and it avoids the fabrication of static Ziply Fiber-assigned infrastructure we don't actually control.
