By accessing or using Hex Proxies services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers. We reserve the right to modify these terms as described in Section 9, and your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Hex Proxies provides proxy services including but not limited to:

• Residential Proxies: Residential IP addresses used for region-based routing and compatibility-sensitive workflows • ISP Proxies: ISP-grade IPs suited for consistent sessions and performance-focused use cases

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific success rates. We target high availability, but availability may vary by region, network, and provider dependencies.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use our proxies for:

• Illegal activities including hacking, fraud, or identity theft • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code • Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited communications • Accessing systems without authorization • Child exploitation or any related activities • Harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior • Violating intellectual property rights • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies without refund.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• DDoS Attacks: Using our proxies to conduct denial of service attacks • Credential Stuffing: Automated login attempts using stolen credentials • Carding: Testing stolen credit card information • Account Takeover: Unauthorized access to third-party accounts • Scraping Protected Data: Collecting personal data in violation of privacy laws • Reselling: Reselling our proxy services without authorization • Abuse: Any activity that degrades service quality for other users

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, cryptocurrency, and wallet balance.

Subscription Plans: Card payments through Stripe create recurring subscriptions that auto-renew. Cancel anytime before the renewal date to stop future charges.

Wallet Payments: Wallet purchases are prepaid. Auto-renewal is enabled by default using wallet balance and can be turned off in Dashboard → Orders → Manage.

One-Time Payments: Cryptocurrency payments are one-time and require manual renewal.

Refund Policy: • No refunds for used proxy services • No partial refunds for early cancellation • Wallet funds are non-refundable • Contact support for billing disputes as soon as possible after a charge

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing. Existing subscriptions maintain their rate until renewal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hex Proxies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim • We are not responsible for third-party actions, website blocks, or detection by target sites • We do not guarantee specific success rates or outcomes • We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits

You use our services at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

By User: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling all subscriptions and contacting support.

By Hex Proxies: We may suspend or terminate accounts that: • Violate these Terms and Conditions • Engage in prohibited activities • Fail to pay for services • Provide false information • Abuse our support team

Upon termination, you lose access to all services and any remaining balance. No refunds are provided for terminated accounts.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on:

• What information we collect • How we use your information • Data retention and security • Your rights regarding your data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data with service providers necessary for operations.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective on the posted effective date.

We will notify users of material changes via: • Email notification to registered users • Notice on our website • Dashboard notification

Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
