8. Account Deletion

To delete your account:

Process: 1. Cancel all active subscriptions 2. Use any remaining wallet balance before requesting deletion (wallet funds are non-withdrawable and non-refundable) 3. Contact business@hexproxy.io with your deletion request 4. We will confirm receipt and begin processing; timelines vary by request type (typically within 7 business days)

What Happens: • Account profile and operational data are deleted or de-identified, subject to legal retention obligations • Proxy access is immediately revoked • Transaction history is anonymized • You will not be able to recover the account

Exceptions: • We may retain certain data required by law • Anonymized analytics data may be kept • Outstanding payments must be resolved first

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 18 years of age.

• We do not knowingly collect data from children • If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately • Parents/guardians who believe we have collected their child's data should contact us
